Sixth child of Edward Higgs and Adelaide Rowe Hull.
Born in Hounslow, Middlesex.
He is seen on the 1881 Census age 13yrs as a "Hall Boy" at the Wyndham Club, 11 St. James Square.
There is a Henry Higgs of the right age (30) in the 1901 Census. He is shown as a Bookseller something. But it may not be him as he is shown living with his brother George but I have no evidence yet of such a brother...
