Stephen was the husband of Bazzala Catherine Peterson
Bazzala died in 1930 aged just 56
In 1939 aged 65 we see him living with an Edith E Purchase aged 42 so he seems to have gone on and married a much younger wife!
I later found that Stephen married just a year after Bazzala's death to an Edith E Moore (1897-1942) in 1931
