Harry was the son of Herbert Higgs (Willie's brother) and Catherine Bathic.  Harry married a Winifred and at one time lived in Royston (see 097 below).

In 1939 Harry, 30,  is a farm labourer and Winifred, 28, is a cigarette packer with no children shown living with them at that time.
